– the right to erasure -right to be forgotten- (UE Regulation 2006/679, Art.17), to request the transformation into anonymous form or the block of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data werecollected or subsequently processed (DL 196/03 Art.7 c.3 Lett. B);
– the right to obtain the certification that the data updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, block and transformation have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case in which such fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (DL 197/03 Art. 7 c.3 Lett.C).
The requests can be addressed to the Data Controller or alternatively by using the format provided by the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data or by sending an email to the address ala.info@alasystems.it.
If the data processing is based on Art. 6, Paragraph 1 Lett. A -explicit consent for use- or on Art. 9 Paragraph 2 Lett. A -explicit consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data, which reveal religious, or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, which reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions- users have the right to withdraw the consent at any time without jeopardize the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. If there is any violation of the law, users have the right to complain to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, that is the authority responsible for monitoring data processing in Italy.
